A speculative identity and rollout system for Mari Froes’ debut album, developed from research on the artist’s trajectory, repertoire and public presence. The project unfolds across album artwork, vinyl, printed matter, merch, website and a phased rollout: signals, announcement, circulation and closure.
Dorian Electra is a fan-made visual identity project created to celebrate the release of the artist’s fourth studio album. The record is composed entirely of covers, reinterpreting songs by Bob Dylan, Shakira, Gorillaz, No Doubt, Enya, Eminem, Kraftwerk and others as a self-portrait. The system is built around memory, archive and the past as raw material, using star maps, cyanotype photography, aged paper textures and duotone treatment across album artwork, sleeve, vinyl and campaign imagery.
A physical-edition system for SWEAT, built from club energy, motion and the blunt visual language of the tour. Cover, back cover, picture disc and support graphics work as an extension of the live show.
